Yes. Our site surveys are entirely free of charge and come with absolutely no obligation to proceed. We believe good advice should be accessible, and we'd rather earn your business by demonstrating our expertise than by pressuring you into a decision.

For residential and smaller commercial jobs, we can usually install within 3–5 working days of accepting a quote. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start and stick to it.

Surveys and installations can be arranged on Saturdays. We also offer out-of-hours installation for commercial clients where access during business hours is difficult. Just let us know your requirements and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

In many cases, yes. We're experienced in maintaining and repairing systems installed by other companies. Tell us what system you have and we'll advise whether we can take it on or whether an upgrade makes more practical sense.

Yes. All commercial CCTV installations include ICO-compliant signage, a recommended data retention policy, and written guidance on your obligations as a data controller. We can also advise on DPIA requirements for larger installations.
